Q: How do I order online?
A: To order online:
Click on “New User” in the upper right hand corner
Fill out the form and click “Continue”
Once this is complete, our Internet Administrator will approve your account within 24 business hours and send you a welcome email. Once this is received, you are approved to shop online. Simply log in usining your name and password, add items to your shopping cart, and check out using a credit card!

Q: Where are you located?
A:
Our corporate headquarters are located in the Northern Wisconsin town of Sayner. Orders are shipped from our main warehouse facility at this location.
Shipping
Q: When will you ship my order?A:
We make every attempt to process and ship your order on the same day that we receive it. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Special print orders, embroidering, and silkscreening usually require extra time depending on the number of items printed and whether custom design/artwork is involved. We usually ship by UPS, FedEx or USPS. We will accomodate next day delivery at your request and expense.
Q: How much will shipping cost?
A:
Shipping is free to anywhere in the lower 48 states on orders totaling $600 or more (1/2 price to Alaska or Hawaii). Ahlborn will pay half of the shipping on orders over $400. For orders under $400, the shipping rates are based on the number of packages, the weight and size of each package, and your location. We determine the shipping method with the best rate for your order after it has been fullfilled. We know this may be an inconvenience for you and we apologize for not being able to calculate shipping costs in real time, but we are doing our best to get the best shipping rates for your order.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A:
This depends on your location and the carrier used, but usually within 4 days.
Returns
Q: How do you handle returns?A:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed and that's a big reason Ahlborn Equipment has been in business for 47 years. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from us, simply return it within 30 days along with a copy of the invoice for a full credit or refund. Returned items without an invoice enclosed, or after 30 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
